We were hoping Kate Hoorweg would make it back from Port Davey in time to cook Monday night dinner, and she is optimistic. She writes:

Just checked the weather, looks cold, let’s say menu is chicken parmigiana, medley of vegetables, sticky date pud and butterscotch sauce for dessert. Hope you’re having a good weekend!!!
