Over many years the Living Boat Trust, in cooperation with local schools, has run a program to introduce students to basic boating skills. This has included
- preparation and planning
- rigging
- ropework
- rowing techniques
- rescue procedures and drills
- launching and docking
- observing and understanding winds, tides and currents.
We plan to continue this program into the future. If your school wishes to be involved please contact the LBT secretary: sec@lbt.org.au.
