Prevention is better than Cure – Dr Bryan Walpole
Just as older boats need some attention if they are to have a long and happy life, so do older bodies. On Monday, 10 August at 5.30pm Dr Bryan Walpole, old friend of the LBT, WBC volunteer and frequent Raid participant, will talk on preventative maintenance for older people. The time was chosen to fit between the workshop group preparing the Raid boats and the regular Monday shed dinner. Everyone is welcome whether or not you are working on the boats or staying for dinner.
