WhatsApp has been used on previous raids with great success and provides group text messaging functionality between members. It is great for sharing information or for asking for assistance.
What’s app has increased functionality this time around and now allows for multiple groups to be managed inside a Community.
We have set only 1 group to start with: SOS 26 All members group.
When using the link, members will be able to join the main group chat, we can add other groups as needed.
You will be prompted to download WhatsApp if you do not already have an account.
If for any reason the link does not work and you cannot join the group, download the app from your digital store, create an account and then text your name and phone number to Tom Stevens (Admin) mob 0418 988. 794 and you will be manually added into the system
