‘Dearest LBT’ers
I’d like to extend a really warm and genuine thank you for enabling us to host our daughter’s birthday at the LBT.
The fruits of the foreshore were all on offer as Mark warmed our bones with a bonfire, and children took delight from mixing with friends enjoying party games, some fishing off the jetty and rowing some grebes…did I mention a bbq and cake!
The LBT is such a community asset and we are honoured to be able to host such a meaningful and mutually enjoyable birthday.

We notice that the cake is a scale model of ‘Paddlepop’, the Sabot that Steve Wilson has restored. Looks like it is a hit Steve!
