It is not only at the LBT that it is all action with last minute preparation of boats for Tawe Nunnugah – the keel boats are also getting hauled out wherever they can find a slip. Brett Doubleday is hard at work on ‘Speck’, next to Richard Forster’s ‘Seastar’ which is having a leak attended to.
Brett had ‘Kismet’, just completed the Sydney to Hobart as the smallest boat in the fleet, for company. Maybe Speck will be in the next Sydney to Hobart, and trounce Kismet for the smallest prize.
