For every AGM we create a folder of relevant documents, which has the forms, the agenda, reports etc for the upcoming meeting, and which remains as a history of that year. See the 2024 folder here and download nomination forms from it so you can propose some of the many worthy LBT members of your acquaintance for a committee position. Particularly those with secretarial skills.
