M389-23 Huon River, Franklin – Rowing Regatta. Mariners are advised a rowing regatta will be held on the Huon River, Franklin on Saturday, 11 November 2023 and Sunday, 12 November 2023 between 0800 – 1700 hours. Mariners are advised to transit the area with caution and avoid interfering with the event.
