tn21 – countdown to the start

The LBTshed is a hive of activity in the lead up to the Raid and a few boats havealready started to collect here. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will finishpreparing the LBT boats and sort all the equipment needed to support the campsand fleet. The truck arrives on Monday ready for packing and later on Monday afternoonwe will need many hands to erect the marquee before an informal ‘bring somethingfor the BBQ and something to share’ dinner at the shed on Monday evening. The Welcome Dinner atthe shed on Tuesday evening (26/01) is the first organised event of the tn21 Raid(6.30 for a 7.00pm start). If you are joining the Raid, either as participantor helper, please try to get to the dinner as we will provide information tohelp you get to our first camp at Recherche Bay the following day. If you getto Franklin earlier and can spare some time to help you would be very welcome and put to good use.
