Racing Rules
| 1. Crews will go to boats with coloured flag for their team at front and row out to start line 2. Crews will assemble behind start line between Greg Guy wharf and marker on Egg Island 3. Crews will move up to start line under orders from starter on wharf 4. Start of race will be announced by sounding hooter 5. Boats will race to buoys up stream from start line. 6. Boats will round buoys with buoy on STARBOARD side 7. Boats will race back to start line, which is also the finish line. 8. Collisions to be avoided: responsible person steering to ensure this. 9. Racing boats must accept orders from safety boat during race. 10. Skipper to steer only, not provide paddling assistance unless absolutely necessary |
