If you hold a booking but think it unlikely you will join us, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. While we encourage prompt payment, we can be flexible if the Due Date is a concern. If you are serious about participating but need longer to organise payment, please let us know and we’ll make a note to hold your booking.
