The Elephant is back

Given the vintage of our venerable Elephant bandsaw (40 years old!) we didn’t like the chances of returning it to operation after a backing plate shattered. However we reckoned without Kurt Hofler, who located a replacement part as well as a set of new bearings and had it back and working in time for Thursday night’s half model course. Thanks Kurt!
