Proposed change to membership and boat use fees

| Members will recall that we ran a ‘satisfaction survey’ back in February. A suggestion that came out of that was that we change the current membership/boat use fee arrangement. The committee agreed that there could be some positive outcomes if this was done, encouraging the use of boats and simplifying life in general. This will need to be endorsed at the Annual General Meeting later in the year so we have time to think about it.
