Committee Meeting this coming Thursday

Committee meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month, and the new committee will have its inaugural meeting this week  (11th Sept).  The agenda hasn’t been completed yet, but the one being worked can be viewed at http://bit.ly/WFp69Q.  Items to be addressed include:

  1. Organising the committee; 

  2. Seniors Week; 
  3. On the water program; 

    1. Good character checks; 

  4. Franklin Village at Wooden Boat Festival; 

  • History Group (see correspondence from Ruth Young) ;

  • Tasmanian Men’s Shed Association; 

    • Membership payment ($70);

    • AGM (see correspondence from Keith Ellis); 

  • Security;

    • Ref: correspondence from Doug Barber; 

    • There is an outstanding action to change the locks and move the keys; 

  • Return Raid;

    • See poster attached; 

  • Boot and boat sale (October); 

  • New bookkeeper (Jacqui Garnsey); 

  • Nancy Registration;

  • Verandah extension.
